Anlage schön. Ausblick sehr schön. Zimmer geräumig. Erreichbarkeit des Hotels schwierig, schlecht ausgeschildert. Wenig Parkplätze. Frühstück abwechslungsreich und üppig. Service, stets bemüht. Z.B. keine ausreichenden Handtücher im Zimmer. Auch nach Aufforderung nicht.
Tres bon Sejour. L'hotel est beau, avec de belles piscines et une magnifique vue sur la mer et Corfou. Les bâtiments sont un peu tassés néanamoins. Seul Bémol, la restauration : Uniquement du cahé soluble au petit dejeuner par exemple. Buffet très cher et léger le soir…
The resort is beautifully located, with amazing views over the gulf. The rooms and facilities were top. We didn't try the restaurant, but the snack bar by the pool was excellent. The staff made our stay even better. Super friendly and helpful. The spa was a very good experience as well.
The holiday was fabulous from start to finish. The room had a fantastic view of the bay, the three pools were clean and excellent for children as well as adults. The pool service could have been better.
This hotel is not a five star, more like a four star. The staff are not trained well, no cordination with each other and Rude! I had called to upgrade my room to a triple a month before, they said fine and when I got there they had no nolige of the call and thought I was lying. We had to wait another hour for the room to be adjusted. The rooms were very small, I don't know why they would call them bugalows when there wasn't a kitchen, not even a coffe maker! When it came time to check out the computer printer was not worker and I was told to wait 2 minutes, but 20 mins later I went up to ask for my receipt and they said "oh it's been ready for a long time" I asked why I wasn't informed and they said "Don't get mad"!!! I'm sorry that's not fivr star customer service! Besides there are too many stairs to get to our room and the car service was slow. The breakfast eggs were cold because they would be sitting in trays which were cooked hours before! The view and pools were the only good thing about this hotel, but it was very difficult to get service at the pool as well, two waiters serving three pools.

Απαράμιλλη θέα! Πανεμορφη τοποθεσια! Πολυ ωραίο δωμάτιο! Στα μονα αρνητικα: κοντα στην πισινα ο συνεχομενος θόρυβος απο εργασιες καθαρισμου τις πρωινες ωρες, τα τζαμενια προστατευτικα στην πισινα θα μπορουσαν να ειναι πιο καθαρα, οι τεχνητοι καταρρακτες στην πισινα δεν δουλευαν
