The staff was very helpful specially Hassan went above and beyond to help us get comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Service was great. Can’t fault anything in the property well placed in the old Fes.

As it is an old style property rooms are not as big and spacious.

I was impressed stepping out to such reach and traditional patio from dark, narrow street. Literally, like in a church. Super friendly peronnel, very helpful. We have a luck to have company of small kitties. Room very cosy and comfortable. It was quite laud outside in the night, maybe its because of ramadan. Nice place

L'architecture était magnifique, l'accueil des hôtes était parfaite ! Le petit déjeuné était excellent avec beaucoup de choix. Une service exceptionnel du début à la fin. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Tout était parfait rien de plus à dire je recommande fortement

The staff was lovely, we left early in the morning and they packed breakfast for us. Room was spacious and wifi worked well. Location was good. Rooftop was nice, good view.

As it was rainy and cloudy days during our staying then it was a bit too dark and cold in the rooms. Dinner wasn't so good.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt in der Medina von Fes. Von dort aus erreicht man alles ganz schnell füßläufig. Das Personal war ebenfalls super freundlich und das Frühstück richtig gut!

The interior lounge/dinning area was beautiful.Good breakfast . Hassan was super helpful.Excellent location especially for taxi drop off.Felt room needed new rugs-and good clean.

Tout ! Voyage en famille où nous avons dormi plusieurs nuits dans la suite Saphir. Celle-ci était spacieuse, extrêmement confortable. Mention spéciale à l'équipe du Dar Victoria (Annes et Hassan) qui est très attentionnée, au thé à la menthe servi avec beaucoup de gentillesse à notre arrivée, aux petits-déjeuners copieux et variés, à la pastilla au poulet et la taktouka préparés en cuisine. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié la localisation, un peu à l'écart de l'agitation et facile à repérer.

Notre chambre étant traversante et orientée sur le patio et la medina, il nous est arrivé d'avoir été réveillés par le bruit de la rue ou d'autres hôtes. Mais rien de bien gênant !
