Personalen var fantastiskt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Hissen var lite krånglig, vi tog trappan flera gånger.

La posizione è perfetta perchè si trova nel centro e sei vicino a tutto. Anche la colazione è molto buona

Ho soggiornato due notti e la stanza non è stata pulita. La tenda di una delle due finestre non funzionava e quindi all’alba entrava luce. Quando sono andato in piscina, si era allagata una parte e il bagno turco non funzionava. Internet non funzionava bene nelle camere e l’ascensore è lentissimo. Purtroppo la struttura deve ottenere un ammodernamento per essere un 4 stelle perché alcune cose sono troppo datate (es.Phone)

I felt so well taken care of by Hotel Central staff, it is an understatement - they went out of their way to make my stay comfortable. Alma is the queen! The location and the spa/saunas were an asset.

We really liked that the hotel was newly renovated. We also loved the central location and the exceptionally kind staff — Alma made us feel at home.

Lokacija izuzetna. Osoblje profesionalno, ljubazno...nemam riječi. Gospođa Alma sa suradnicima za svaku pohvalu. Čista petica!!!
