Rooms are huge and really well presented. The location is perfect and the staff were very professional and friendly.

The heat wasn't working in the spa so we couldn't use it. The floors of our room were pretty dirty in the common areas.

The location was great. Close to shops and the beach.

The bins in the room are too small for a large family. Constantly emptying them

The spa bath heating was not working. Other guests also unhappy… noted this has been a problem for the last few months… could have been sorted for school holidays😡 not everyone wants to swim in freezing cold pool.

Loation

For a five day stay there was one tea towel, hand and bath towel which were all filthy after five days - one mini shampoo/shower gel for two people, - the unit smelt musky and old when we arrived, the pool area looked old and grubby, jacuzzi wasn't working - receptionist wasn’t very happy when I had to ask for a face cloth, toilet paper because the unit was not supplied very well at all. There wasn’t even a bread knife all other knives were blunt couldn’t cut any food wooden handles fell off knives whilst using etc For a resort that’s advertised as a first class accommodation and was certainly not a cheap option it was extremely disappointing, we would definitely not recommend it and would not return.

The location being close to the beach and on the main business strip made access to shops and cafes very easy. The view from the unit overlooking the park and water was lovely; and The unit itself is modern and spacious.

If I had to say something negative, it would be great if the unit had some further inclusions, for example a coffer machine, blue tooth speaker or similar.
