The resort was great. Right by the beach and the apartment was really nicely furnished.

Fantastic location, usually we rent the apartment out through the real estate and have a Fantastic experience. (Heavily encourage this optipn) This time we went through the resort direct and although the experience started good, unfortunately turned sour.

The bed in our apartment was one of the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. My husband and I both woke up with horrendous back pain.. We know this resort well, having stayed here for the past five years, and other apartments have always had sleepable beds. We even attempted to rotate the mattress, but it was unbearable. We were more than willing to downgrade to another room simply to get a decent night’s sleep; however, despite multiple phone calls, this was apparently not achievable from the hotel staff’s perspective. Unfortunately, no refund or alternative solution was offered. The situation turned sour when a older staff member (presumably a manager) actually yelled at and spoke down to my husband. This left us with no option but to vacate the hotel entirely, resulting in us having to abandon our yearly Rainbow trip. Needless to say, we will never return to this hotel. The spa has not worked for years and the rooms are not particularly clean—issues we were previously willing to overlook. However, the lack of customer service and the unacceptable attitudes or lack of willingness to help we experienced, have turned us away for good. We have since read the reviews and wish we had done so sooner.

Great apartment. Central to amenities. Close to the beach Quiet.
