"Not the place for celebrations — staff completely clueless"

The stay itself met any expectations obligated for 5-stars hotel. Unfortunately, the staff seemed unaware of how to celebrate milestones, and unlike other hotels, they didn’t make the stay feel personal or memorable for us or our family.

We booked this hotel for our 10th anniversary. No congratulations, no acknowledgment, and the staff in the reservation center rudely refused to decorate the room or provide even a simple note ( will cost nothing ! ), claiming it was booked through Booking.com. It seems culturally they don’t celebrate special occasions — they offered no alternative or flexibility. Extremely disrespectful for such a special occasion.
