Location is excellent, clean and has all the facilities you’d need

A little nightclub noisw to be expected

The bed sheets were clean

Gave me prison vibes. The corridor carpets are revolting. Very stained and smelly. They still have the old fixed showers. My toilet and obviously been replaced at some point and theyve not even bothered spending $1 on some paint to cover where the old cistern once sat. Also, it was an elongated toilet, but with a standard size seat. Why? The provided flannel was thread bear in parts and discolored. New ones literally cost a dollar or 2. The location is good. They could do so much more with it if they invested a little money and time. For the price... $170 per night!!! It's an absolute disgrace. It smells funky down the corridors too. Other passible parts were, bed seemed clean, the air on was good, and the fridge worked, although it did freeze my water bottle as it had been set too low. So I can't recommend it. You'd be better in a hostel over this. Until the owners pull their fingers out and spend a bit, don't even consider it.

Location was wicked for the price. Rooms were spacious

Not a biggie but there were a few cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Other than that was excellent
