Neues stylisches und grosszügiges Zimmer. Alles hat funktioniert.

Rezeption könnte deutlich bessere Dienste leisten. Frische Eierspeisen wurden von einer Mitarbeiterin zubereitet, von einer anderen nicht (keine Zeit)?

"Clean hotel met afstandelijk personeel"

Uitermate clean familiehotel. Het ligt op wandelafstand van het oude stadscentrum. Er is een vrij ruim aanbod bij het ontbijt. Prima bedden. Een extra hoofdkussen zou fijn zijn.

Bij het ontbijt zagen we de eerste ochtend geen personeel. Vreemd. De raamsverduistering in de kamer voldoet niet (niet breed genoeg) waardoor we erg vroeg wakker waren. Werken in het aanpalende gebouw (dat blijkbaar ook deel uitmaakt van het hotel) waren alvast ook geen hulp. Je vindt enkel Duitstalige zenders op de tv. Een usb-aansluiting was er niet en helaas was er ook geen mogelijkheid om naar de tv te streamen.

"Great hotel with fabulous location!"

Great hotel location. It's within walking distance from the train station (about 20mins); it's in the middle of a pedestrian area with many shops, bars and "simple" restaurants; and it's within 15mins of the Old Town with a huge variety of shops and restaurants. Wonderful welcoming and friendly staff. My room was very large with a very comfortable and large bed, nice bathroom with separate toilet (great set-up!), very quiet due to great windows. Breakfast was plentiful in assortment (savory and sweet) and quantity, with a great coffee machine making fabulous coffees!

The hotel is under renovation; most of the time, it was not a problem as the work was during the day, but on my last morning, the jack-hammering started at 7:30a... Talk about "a wake-up call!" Oh well, this renovation will end at some point, and the hotel will be 100% good again!

"Perfect location just outside the walking/no car area of Graz - so easy to get to!"

Room was very clean and quiet - loved the location. Breakfast was fantastic.

There was some construction going on while we were there, but it wasn't too much of an inconvenience.

Классный отель. Расположение в самом сердце города. Предоставляют дисконтную парковку неподалеку от отеля, вместо 40 евро, всего 15 евро в сутки. Очень приветливый персонал. Просторные номера. Все очень понравилось.
