Bella Villa Pattaya 3rd Road

I really enjoyed my stay at Bella Villa Hotel. Really Clean, Lovely Staff. Near to the beach, well kind of (Transport needed) or for those of us who like to walk.... walk! Wasn't many options on the menu, especially for breakfast. As soon as you come out of the hotel there's many services about, shops, renting bikes/mopeds, restaurants etc. There's lots to do and see out. Back to my hotel experience... Cant really find anything bad to say about it really. Had a lovely time. Thank You Bella Villa Hotel. I will be coming back again soon. Ciao :)

Place is the worst. Don't waste your time or money. Staff is brutal.

A great place to stay if you are ready to walk about 10-15 mins to the beach/other activities. It works great for me. ABOUT PATTAYA ROADS: Starting from the coast and running parallel to it, Pattaya has three major roads running in the north-south direction. a. Beach road b.Road two c.Road three. All three roads meet in the north at Dolphin circle. Beach road is a one-way traffic road north to south, while road two is a one way road going south to north. Road three is both ways. You can find a lot of tuk-tuk taxis plying on Beach road-round about Dolphin circle-Road two on per seat basis 10B anywhere to anywhere. There are three major roads a. North pattaya road b.Central Pattaya Road c.South Pattaya road in addition to several other lanes (Soi) running in the east-west direction. ABOUT THE HOTEL: The experience was very pleasant. Staff was kind and serviced with a smile. Most understood English. Breakfast had fresh fruits, milk, juice and ONE choice out of the pre-defined meal sets, none of them were vegetarian :( However, they provide microwave oven in the rooms, and we had come prepared with ready-to-eat food packets.

It was good to stay in this hotel but little bit far from walking street,,and beach side,shopping mall,,,

I stayed at this hotel for one night and the staff was friendly , the hotel doesn't has a lift and don't accept the rooms on the higher floors(especially if you have children, for luggages , hotel staff may help)don't accept rooms on the corners (X09,X10 and X19,X20),as they are situated on the last corner and these rooms are with out any views. The break fast options are very limited and nothing for specifically for Vegetarians (good American break fast with sousages, half boiled egg, toasts) and some Thai break fast with ham fried rice. I would suggest this hotel for budget travelers for one and two nights as its located very near to the Bus Stand of Pattaya.Easily accessible.

Cleand and good service, value for the money.

Hotel is situate in a small alley so its quiet and 10 minutes taxi drive from Pattaya main attractions. It has a small pool and very basic fitness center that had no electricity when I was there. Reasonable price for decent room and basic breakfast

The stay was fine, staff were friendly enough. English level is a little low but no problem really, they were still happy to help. Nice pool area with a nice garden around it, so good to relax by, I stayed on the top floor and there was no elevator but it is only 4 levels so all good. The room was fine, had everything I needed with its own kitchen area with microwave, fridge. Room size was fine, have your own little balcony which for me was looking over the pool. Large bed, mattress is hard but I liked it. There is a safe in your room which fits your laptoop. Housekeepers were nice, didn't speak much english but were always good for a laugh. The complimentary breakfast was a salad, eggs, sausages and toast which was fine. The only draw back is location. It is about a 25min walk to the beach and 40 mins to walking street but you can easily flag down a tuk tuk on the nearby main road to get to the beach, cost usually 20 baht or jump on a scooter taxi outside the hotel to take you wherever you need to go. If you stay out late for a few drinks then the good old tuk tuk drivers will want 200baht to get you home. All in all, the stay was fine. It is cheap so you get what you pay for. Internals of the room are getting old but still fine. I went to relax by the pool which was fine, its a quiet hotel.

Booked via Expedia for a great rate for 4 nights, after the fourth night the rate jump to an astronomical rate so book longer if you plan to stay more than you plan! Pro's- Clean, balcony, Internet worked great, swimming pool, strong HOT water shower, strong A/C, clothes washer to wash your OWN clothes, Large rooms, Large garden inside the patio when you open your door was awesome, near Pattaya bus station so you can actually walk to hotel if you don't have a lot of luggage. Staff was typical Thai friendly. Con's- Off Third Road - Electric clothes dryer was broken, you will need to rent a motorbike to get around (not a problem because you can rent a motorbike for 150 baht a day), bed was very firm, but was actually "good" for your back! This is an older open style Thai resort, but has been maintained for a nice stay. The cleaning lady's and security/maintenance man work extra hard to make sure you are comfortable.
