Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts wirklich sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und bemüht. Daran gibt es überhaupt nichts auszusetzen.

Leider kann ich das Gleiche über das Hotel selbst nicht sagen. Das Gebäude wirkt insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und man hat den Eindruck, dass seit längerem kaum investiert wurde. Die Flure und Teppichböden waren stark abgenutzt, fleckig und verbreiteten einen unangenehmen, muffigen Geruch. Überhaupt roch es in vielen Bereichen des Hotels nicht besonders angenehm. Ein weiteres grosses Problem war die Hitze. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage und sowohl in den Fluren als auch in den Zimmern war es sehr warm. Da unser Zimmer im Parterre lag, konnten wir die Balkontür nachts nicht einfach offen lassen, da sie sich weder kippen noch sinnvoll sichern liess. Auch der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte offenbar nicht. Unsere Schokolade war darin komplett geschmolzen, was bei den hohen Temperaturen natürlich sehr enttäuschend war.
