The rooms, the staff, the food and best beach on koh samui

Property itself is beautiful, location is stunning, the resort looks great, and the regular service staff were very professional, polite and kind.

What started as a great vacation, unfortunately, was ruined by one critical issue: significant amount of money was stolen from our room while we were away, and only people who entered our room were the cleaning staff (not trying to accuse anyone of anything, but rather stating out facts). What shocked us even more than the theft itself was the reaction of the managing staff. There was absolutely no sense of responsibility, no real empathy, and no attempt to make things right in any way. We did not expect any compensation, or even part of the stolen amount. But after spending a significant amount of money on accommodation, food, and drinks every single day at the resort, we expected at least a symbolic gesture of care. Coming from an operating position in travel industry, I understand that their reaction was completely underwhelming. Instead of taking at least a bit of responsibility for theft in their own resort, we weren't even offered a complimentary drink (which is less than 1% of the stolen amount, and we had proof of the amount missing) while we waited the whole day for the police, who were “supposed to come in 15 minutes" according to management, but never showed up. Instead, I got a call by a tourist police 5 hours later saying that they can't do anything about it, which I perfectly understand and agree with, because the cash is untracaeble and we had no hard evidence (like a video of someone caught red-handed in the act). Zero follow-up, zero urgency, zero accountability by management. Calling this an “inconvenience” and saying that we maybe miscounted or lost the money was honestly insulting, because like I said, it's a significant amount of money that was securely stashed in our room. This is a serious breach of trust and security. When guests have their money (or anything else valuable) stolen from a locked room, the minimum expectation is that the hotel shows responsibility, support, and respect.

Läget är mycket bra, särskilt om du vill ha en lugn och skön semester en bit från överbefolkade stränder. Personalen är mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma.

Nice modern hotel, friendly staff on reception and in restaurant. Gym and children play area on site, close to other places to eat.

Have to walk over the road to get to the pool, pool area tight on space so quite difficult with a baby and pram. Not enough sunbeds for guests, busy in the morning but fine after lunch.

Amazing location, right on a quiet beach with only a couple of small other hotels around. Quiet and peaceful. The pool area with the transats-umbrellas is stunning, very clean. Enough small shops and restaurants are 5min walk from the hotel. Room was spacious, clean, quiet. Breakfast was good-not amazing Staff is friendly.

we ordered the seafood platter from the restaurant: $90 aud and it was way over priced, sea food was not fresh and over cooked. Very disappointing for the price.

Really cute resort in a quieter part of Koh Samui. The restaurant staff is really great and so was the food. The floating breakfast is a great addition to get. The pool villa with the pool was a life saver. It also has a really cute pool area and a place to sit and watch the ocean!

I wasn't really sure how to lock the Villa and that wasn't shown to me so kinda felt exposed. Upon arrival some of the staff at check in seemed really dismissive but things did get better on the other day. But my pool fountain did get turned off and I kept asking for them to switch it on and it was never done. But these were just minor things.

Sehr schön gelegenes Resort, direkt am Meer. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Lecker Frühstück. Das Zimmer war schön groß, hatte einen privaten Whirlpool, eine Außendusche und war insgesamt sehr schön. Wir fühlten uns direkt wohl. In der näheren Umgebung gab es einige leckere Restaurants und mit einem Roller konnte man alle Orte auf Koh Samui erreichen. Der kostenlose Kanuverleih und die im Hotel angebotenen Massagen waren ebenfalls echt schön. Gerne wieder!

Im Zimmer war ein leicht feuchter Geruch, was allerdings durch die Nähe zum Meer und die Outdoor Dusche erklärbar ist. Durch einschalten der Klimaanlage reduzierte sich dies erheblich.
