"A total disaster"

Horrible, everything horrible.... I got the room on the 5th floor.... the air conditioning didn't work properly, there was a 2 degree difference between outside and inside the room, the rooms were sooooo small, on the 5th floor I had to wait for hot water.... the window didn't open.... the sockets were out and we risked getting electrocuted.... something very very bad... the hotel staff didn't do anything about it.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND

كل مره ازور اسطنبول لابد ان اسكن عندهم خدمه غرفه رائعه الاخ إبراهيم الكردي وكل الطاقم بلا استناء قمه في التعامل والأخلاق والذوق ولديهم سعه صدر كبيره لجميع الاستفسارات والمساعده قريب من البوسفور قريب من حديقه حولهانه قريب من السوق المصري افضل منطقه للسكن وأفضل فندق غرف وسيعه حمام نظيف وكبير
