櫃檯服務親切，小朋友走坡道不慎摔倒膝蓋擦傷，致電櫃台後房務立刻把醫藥箱送至房間，非常貼心。 房間安靜舒適整潔，有溫暖的免治馬桶墊，也有除濕機和電熱毯，設備齊全。

下午三點多辦理入住時福華園區停車格幾乎全滿，停車不太方便。 大學樓沒有電梯，必須一路走坡道台階和樓梯，將行李箱搬上二三樓，徒費體力。 大學樓外觀及住房周遭環境相當老舊，建議適當造景整理。

旅館雖比舊時代好，但與4、5星仍有差距 旅館內沒有可休憩場所，房間內供應備品簡陋

報到處與住的地方有些距離，需要開車至報到處做Check in後再開車至住處附近找車位，但車位有限，找不到需要再往上開，比較麻煩..

"Super place to disconnect from the daily routine."

Excellent location in the middle of the national reserve.

Staff does barely speak English. The breakfast had not too much for international travellers. No jam, nor cheese for the bread for example.
