הצוות מקסים. אדיב ונעים ומאוד רוצה לעזור כל הזמן. תמיד מחייכים ונעימים מאוד. האוכל היה מאוד טעים והשף שמח להכין גם מאכלים לפי בקשה .

הזמנו חדר עם נוף לים יקר מאוד. כל היום והלילה עובדים שופלים וטרקטורים מתחת למקום. רעש מאוד קשה ולא נעים. ההנהלה היתה צריכה להודיע על כך מראש או לא לתת חדר שאי אפשר לשבת מחוצה לו ולא ניתן ליהנות מהנוף לים. גם כאשר התלוננתי לא קיבלתי פיצוי או העברה למקום אחר. בחוף הים יש מספר קטן מאוד של כסאות וצל. כלל השירותים שלא כלולים בחבילה, יקרים יחסית.

The view from the restaurant is beautiful. The food on the first day we arrived was very good.

Very disappointing experience. Rooms: When we arrived we had high hopes, however the room needed 30 mins to get ready despite us arriving past the check in time. We stayed in the family villa and it was not at all up to the standard we expected. The rooms were very dirty and outdated, the plumbing didn’t work (the toilet kept making gurgling sounds and spitting water) and the AC kept making a high pitched noise every 10-20 minutes making is difficult to sleep. The mosquito nets around the room were also dirty. This was not even close to the images that are on the websites/booking.com etc. It is a con. Food: The breakfast buffet was underwhelming compared to other 5* hotels (and 4*) that we stayed at during our India trip and the toaster didn’t even work. Both mornings we stayed there we went to the breakfast when it opened (7:30) only to find that they were not ready on time and we had to wait for more food. This is basic service. In addition, on two occasions I found hair in my food. The first time I put it down to an accident but the second time I was very frustrated. Service: The service is also very poor - many of the servers couldn’t communicate effectively and we just found ourselves waiting for extended periods of time despite requesting service. Lastly, we came here to enjoy the spa and have massages. We booked these weeks in advance as we knew the retreat was busy but upon arriving they made us wait 40 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time, repeatedly just saying ‘2 mins’. One positive was the food - we enjoyed our meal on the first day. The other was the view of the beach, very beautiful (but somewhat ruined by the construction) Overall this is easily the worst place we have stayed in India (despite being the most expensive by far) and would absolutely not recommend.

Amenities, rooms, staff service

The property is in a total run down condition - zero maintenance, torn lamp shades, dirty facilities, dirty spa rooms, port construction going on very very near to the resort where earth moving equipment operate from early morning to late night - creating deafening sounds all thru the day and night… MUST NOT VISIT

Le jardin

Baignade interdite pour cause de courants dangereux; Pas de transats sur la plage ; peu de transats au bord de la piscine dont la vue donne directement sur le port !!!! Draguage 24h/24 devant l hotel et corne de brume dès 6h00 le matin ! Travaux d'agrandissement du port en cours, notamment sur des digues, bruits incessants de pelleteuses, déchargement de camion 24h00/24 !!!! Vue Altérée par les pontons de déchargement des conteners : impossible de passer un séjour au calme avec seulement le chant des oiseaux! à fuir!
