Remisens Hotel Epidaurus

Dommage que la propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer notamment celle de la salle de bainTaches (éclaboussures sombres) sur le long du mur de la salle de bain, jamais nettoyées. Pour le reste c est ok piscine au calme et nourriture correcte sans plus mais avec du choix. Bonne literie et draps très doux. Emplacement très bien, on mange face à la mer, on peut aller à Cavtat à pied, balade très agréable.

Location by the Beach great. The bartender at the reception bare very good and friendly. The cleanness it terrible, table full of cops and glasses underneath and around the beach chair and tables chewing gum cigarette butts ect. The food overall horrible. Will I book again never.

Rooms were dirty AND had a Weird smell Food was ALL inclusive AND not too Many choices drinks and ice creams are self served kids were spilling juice and ice cream on the floor which attracted bees.pool and everything is old fashioned smelly never again will stay there

We had originally booked a stay at Remisens Albatros Hotel which is the sister-hotel, it was awful and did NOT match the photos online, we left 45minutes after arriving. We then booked a stay at Remisens Hotel Epidaurus, it was only 5minutes walk away. The hotel was almost full so we had to book the first night and the other days separately. We had made both reservations online, and informed the man in the reception when we arrived. He said that he would get it fixed. We had to wait five hours to get our room. Meanwhile we where informed that we could eat lunch for 40kuna per person, when we got there the lunch was 140kuna per person and the selection was poorly. We had all-inclusive but only ate the pizza, nothing else was good. Our room was big and close. The next day we went by the reception and was told to check out, leave the room, wait five MORE hours and check in again. We had already payed for the first night and city tax the day before, but where told to pay the next four days and a new city tax to get our passports back. Our new room was a downgrade, we had to walk down one floor from the reception, then down a hall, up two floors, down a hall, up two new floors. It was far, no elevator. Also you had to pay 100kuna to RENT towels, all information was in French, only the pizza man and one lady in the resection was nice, coffee was only available at breakfast or in the poolbar. The boatstand by the road, with a young lady, was a scam pay when you enter any boat.

Very meh, especially for the price. The room was oppressively small, and cigarette smoke smell leaked into it from the corridor. The air-con does not go below 70°--we asked for them to fix this and they said this was hotel-wide. The hallway smelled like fish, and there were constantly used dishes from other rooms just sitting on a table in the hallway. Part of the hallway ceiling had developed a leak and huge chunks of paint had fallen. They put an old blanket on the floor to catch pieces, and a caution sign next to it, and just left it like that. Also, there were screaming children everywhere, and both pools were constantly full of them. Plus, there is some "teen club" on the property that played dance musice really loudly until about 11 each night. Super obnoxious. Nice shower, good wifi, and comfy bed, though.

We had no idea this was an all inclusive hotel. So for a one night before a flight it is a bit hard to use to get a meal or a drink. Should be stated on the advertisement

Utrolig misfornøyd med dette hotellet. Da vi ankom stedet var resepsjonistene lite servicevennlige. Rommet vårt var ikke rent, det var insekter i sengen, aircondition kjølte ikke godt nok. Døra til kjøleskapet var ødelagt og selve kjøleskapet kjølte ikke drikken. Dette i en periode hvor det var mer enn 35+ grader ute. Da vi gikk til resepsjonen for å klage, så var det ingen hjelp å få eller noe form for kompensasjon. Vi ba om pengene tilbake for å kunne booke et annet hotell, men det var bare å glemme! Rett og slett dårlig service. Oppå dette måtte man stå opp grytidlig om morgenen for å kunne få tak i solseng, i tillegg til at de ikke hadde nok parasoller til alle, her var det «første mann til mølla» prinsippet. Når man betaler en god sum for et opphold, så burde alt ligge til rette for en avslappende ferie, og ingen stress. Vi opplevde kun stress og dårlig service. Aldri igjen skal vi gi våre penger til dette stedet.

The view was good. The room was very small and depressing looking. Only had 1 towel for 2 people. The beach had big peebles, tough on the feet. The worst beach in the Dubrovnik area. The best beaches in the Dubrovnik area are at the Sheraton hotel or on Lopud island

Personnel pas très accueillant. Avions qui passent tout près et font du bruit. Eau de mer glacée. Peu de transats.
