1. Only shampoo in bathroom, no conditioner; 2. It was 4pm in the afternoon and our room had not yet been cleaned; 3. They issued my invoice without asking to whom and what details. When I asked to do it, they explained that they need to do a credit note etc which when I arrived, they did not explain and only asked for my ID. 4. The furniture in the room needs maintenance.
