room toilet was hard to flush

The property was central and staff friendly

Our room door took a bit to open each time we entered, our key also would not open the Mercure entrance after hours. So we had to go down Pullman end to get into the building. When I was checking in there were a lot of staff floating around but only one person checking guests in. I waited a while to check in, then I added parking at check in and was told I had paid for it, but when I went to leave I could not get out of the car park unless I wanted to pay $60. I then had to ask the car behind me to reverse back and re park and walk to reception. I was advised parking had not been paid for and had to pay and then walk back to parking to leave.

Little or no fresh air circulation. Pillows were terrible.

The space and facilities were more than adequate.

As the room was adjacent to the road, there was noticeable traffic noise, and it was uncomfortable to keep the curtains open.

Great place to stay with good facilities and great staff would recommend it to anyone.
