Staff was really nice!

Our overall experience was disappointing. We had to call reception more than once due to noise above our room (a rooftop party). The music was very loud after midnight, and when the party ended, it seems they were tidying up the space. Unfortunately, we could hear furniture being dragged and other noises after 1am. It got even worse early in the morning, when we were woken up by housekeeping talking loudly in the corridor for a long time. The place is amazing and the staff members were also very nice, but when you choose to stay at a hotel or any accommodation, it is to rest, enjoy your stay, and relax. Unfortunately, we were unable to do that.

We really enjoyed the location and the facilities (pools, spa) which were not crowded at all despite the hotel beeing fully booked. The hotel also offers free parking and we always found a spot. Breakfast was also good, and you can also opt for an early breakfast if you want to leave early for hikes.

The communication with the staff could be improved. We were not informed of many aspects and had to figure them out on our own during our stay, having to ask multiple staff in order to receive a complete answer. The room was also not what we expected, you can hardly use the air conditioning because it blows right in your face if you're staying in bed, the toilet flush button was kind of broken and kept getting stuck, the pillows were not comfortable at all. It was not awful, depending on the circumstances we would probably stay here again, but I wanted to emphasize that from the pictures presented on booking, we expected more.

Everything- from the moment we entered to the moment we left, everything was so special, relaxing and amazing. The breakfast variety was great, we had the best sleep, views were amazing, sauna experience was relaxing, and the reception was kind.

Carvery night was a little disappointing. We were expecting more meat options. We believe that this evening should be renamed to better match what is being offered.

We liked the amenities, the spa was an amazing touch and the hotel was beautiful!

The price of laundry and cleaning was very high. Out balcony smelled of sewage and the food was very mediocre
