Grosvenor Suites

La struttura è in una buona posizione, vicino c’è la stazione ferroviaria e vi arriva sia il tram che il bus da/per l’aeroporto. È pulita e le stanze assicurano una buona qualità del sonno.

Le scale per le stanze al terzo piano possono risultare faticose con il bagaglio.

Room is spacious. Very comfortable.

For luggage storage after check out was at a different location. No staff to talk to if you have issues.

Die nette Dame am Empfang, Lage

Das Bett war dreckig, die gesamte Dusche war schimmlig und einige Fliesen an den Wänden lösten sich, Wände und Böden sowohl im Eingangsbereich auch als im Zimmer dreckig und heruntergekommen. Mussten hier leider eine Nacht (von 3) bleiben, bevor wir in ein anderes Hotel gehen konnten

The property was in a great location. Walking distance into the west end and old town.

The room was a room, not a suite. Very basic and tired but was clean. Bedding wasn’t great and sheets kept coming off the bed. Wall paper coming off wall at bottom near bed.

A acomodação em si é boa, quarto grande, confortável, localização boa também.

Nos deram código de outro quarto que já estava ocupado. Chuveiro não funcionou, ou gelava ou fervia, ficamos sem tomar banho e não deram nenhum respaldo embora inúmeros contatos.
