All kinds of problems with room. Electrical outlets with sparks shooting out. Furniture all broken. Many more problems ESPEVIALLY WITH BOOKING.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NO HELP AT ALL

Nos gustó todo en general, desde las zonas comunes hasta la habitación que nos tocó una habitación bastante grande.

En relación al buffet no había mucha variedad d postres y la verdad que dejaban un poco que desear pero por lo demás el resto de la comida estaba muy bien. Y en cuanto a la habitación que nos tocó estaba fenomenal, ya que tenia la habitación con la cama, que era bastante grande y aparte una sala con sofá cama, pero en cuanto al colchón creo que deberían renovarlos porque era de muelles y se te clavaban por todos lados.

"Great position but needs some tweeks"

Positives first Great position right at the end of the promenade and beautiful sandy beach. Very friendly animation team who made our granddaughter so welcome to join in all activities, also a shout out to the pool guy who was very helpful, friendly and watchful over all the children using the pools. Nice sized rooms and balcony, clean fresh bedding and towels, beds hard but that’s personal preference, everything kept very clean. Negatives Breakfast was ok but we struggled with quality of evening food so ate out. The hotel does need updating , but that does not prevent a wonderful stay in this great Spanish resort.
