Alles sehr sauber. Das Essen im Thailändisches Restaurant.

Für ältere Menschen oder Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist das Hotel kaum geeignet: - Im Spa-Bereich gibt es kein Geländer beim Einstieg in den Pool. - Die Dachterrasse mit den Whirlpools ist nur über eine lange Treppe erreichbar – ein Lift fehlt komplett. - Der Zugang zum See und auch zum Aussenpool erfolgt lediglich über instabile Leitern, die schwer zu bewältigen sind. Unterstützung vom Personal hätten wir erwartet, leider war dieses jedoch wenig hilfsbereit und zum Teil sogar unfreundlich. Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie wirkt dies diskriminierend und absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Vi var dog skuffede over den udendørs swimmingpool nær søen som ikke var brugbar pga grøn alge ligende bund og sider, det var ærgeligt da vores børn havde set frem til poolen...
