Overall hotel is good.

Lack of attention to cleaning and facilites. Loud noises intermittently happening in the wall sounded like a broken electrical motor . Very loud and after 10pm. Shower heads need replacing. Torn cutmrtian in loungroom detracts from the ambience. No excuse to leave it there.

I love the old style of the accommodation &safety. The restaurant Mondial is very convenient also. The location is perfect for our stays.

I had to clean the bench & wipe out the fridge. I cleaned the kettle before using and red liquid was spilt in the utensil drawers. Also no spare toilet roll. Cleaning is not up to standard.

Absolutely fantastic location for shopping, dining, the casino and public transport! Beautifully polite and helpful front of service staff. The building is gorgeous and I would recommend a stay!

Our room was exceptionally cold and the layout awkward for getting into the bedroom as the door hit the wall and could only open halfway. Minor inconveniences and won't stop us coming to stay again.
