Accoglienza squisita, disponibilità fantastica e gentilezza incredibile! Omar non esita a dare consigli e si prodiga per i suoi ospiti! Veramente un bellissimo soggiorno!

Very modern hotel in the heart of this charming village in the Italian countryside. The owner made us feel very welcome even though the last time we stayed was years ago. He still remembered us,! Lovely outdoor area where we had the included breakfast.

Inconsistent access to the internet (flapping when it did work, but generally unavailable) Inconsistent access to the elevator (our room was on first floor). The elevator was turned off when the person staffing the hotel was not there. The door to the hotel was also usually locked, even during the day, as there was only the one person staffing the hotel (!). That made it necessary to climb a flight of stairs, rather than even being able to get to the elevator. The shower was not clean, with mold on the tiles, and nasty stuff on the shower head. Hard, thin pillow. Noisy air conditioner (annoying squeal the entire time it was on) Had to have Booking.com intervene during the reservation process, as the hotel wanted to force using a larger room (for €150 more) because of having two service dogs

Bellissima struttura, con personale gentile e pronto a far sentire a proprio agio gli ospiti. La cena è stata favolosa, ben servita e buonissima. Consiglio.
