Le personnel est désagréable. On a l'impression qu'on dérange. Me fait repayer ma réservation alors que je l'avais déjà réglée sur internet et ne s'excuse pas. Me demande si je sais comment effectuer le remboursement avec le tpe. Fait payer des extras pour tout alors qu'on avait réservé tout l'hôtel pour un mariage.
