BeachView Apartments at Villa Paradiso

Amazing location at front of building closest to the beach. We could hear the waves at night. Large walk in shower that worked well for me being wheelchair user.

The pool was not well maintained. Lots of tiles at the bottom of the pool were missing.

Location, ground floor apartment was fabulous

We stayed in Apartment 13. Location: The apartments are opposite the beach and close to the restaurants. There is even a pharmacy next door, a supermarket a few minutes away, a BP and shopping centre about 7 mins drive away. Cleanliness: The apartment was clean and in good condition. Comfort: The bed size and quality were good, and the apartment was spacious and noise-free. Both bedrooms have Air Conditioning and fans. This apartment is on the 2nd floor and doesn't have lift access, but we were notified of this at the time of booking, and we didn't have an issue with this. Facilities: We had free Wi-Fi with adequate speed, and we were able to stream YouTube and Netflix on the TV. The pool was kept in good condition. There is a BBQ area next to the pool, and multiple options for car parking are available. The apartment also had all the required necessities if you are looking to cook meals and wash/dry clothes. The bins for waste and recycling are next to the reception. We were also provided with basic instructions for the room and apartment facilities which we found helpful. Service: The staff were friendly and responsive to our requests & queries. We asked for a room on a higher floor, and our request was met. Safety: The apartments didn't seem to have security or safety measures, but we didn't feel unsafe anywhere in Palm Cove. Value for Money: We travelled around the Christmas holidays and found these apartments as good value for money. We would stay at this apartment again. General tips: 1. You can view the beach from the balcony but if you want to take sunrise photos, I would suggest going to the beach as the trees in front do block some of your view from the balcony. 2. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, so would suggest carrying a room spray (the apartment did have a room spray when we stayed). 3.

Nothing that we disliked, but below is our suggestion for improvement: The living area requires Air Conditioning. We travelled in summer with hot & humid weather and would have preferred an Air con in the living room. Although a cooler was provided, it didn't provide much relief and was a bit noisy. This didn't bother us as we were mostly away during the day.

Great place great Location, Lyndsay on Reception was amazing so friendly and even helped us with our luggage, we loved our time in Palm Cove staying here
