Claudia the hostess was cheerful and super friendly. The only problem we had was getting in touch with her to get the key for the room. The little bell thats supposed to be connected to her cell phone did not work, so a friendly local person helped us call her. Otherwise, it was a great location and a cute little room wirked out for us.

We came to hike the trails between all the villages. Claudia was really helpful in arranging for a dinner reservation on our arrival night, as we were exhausted from our travels. Super friendly, answered emails immediately, daily room service available (we didn't require it)discount was offered for not requiring breakfast. Comfortable room, warm water in the shower requires fine tuning with water flow. Would stay there again....

찾기 좀 어려워요...구글 지도는 좀... 시계탑 교회에서 중앙으로 조금 올라가다 보면 오른쪽으로 빠지는 길이 있는데...(간혹 뒤로 돌면서 가시면 표지판이 보여요) 2층이고 엘리베이터는 없어요. 방은 두개고... 객실은 넓고 이뻐요.

Heads up: the breakfast is just a coffee and juice/milk with a croissant so I'd skip paying for that and go to the bakery beside it. Make sure you call ahead to arrange a time to collect keys. The rooms are nice. Kinda small but they are nice. We had an issue with the hot water but Claudia stayed on top of it during our stay. There is absolutely no wifi and hasn't been for awhile. But if you are going to the cinque terre you should expect to not have a lot of modern conveniences. These are tiny villages that are still extremely secluded.

The room was decorated really nice. The hostess was really kind. Normally there is a coupon for free breakfast, but the restaurant where the breakfast took place was closed so we got a discount.

Nicely furnished large room. Location beside shops and restaurants. Good bathroom and showers. Room was clean however some dishes weren't and the bed was a little hard. Friendly staff. Well sign posted and easy to find. Check in and out was easy.

房间位置距火车站不远，步行即可。由于是家庭旅店，到达时无人。请旁边cafe馆老板打了个电话，等了10多分钟之后，店主人才来。她说早餐只有cafee，如不要，可减10欧房租。同意。第2天check out，说好10：00她来收款，结果10：30之后才到，差点耽误我赶11：00的火车。她又减了我eu10房租。

We enjoyed our stay in the Cinque Terre. This hotel had a great location (it's really like a little apartment). Claudia was very responsive when we needed something in the room. The beds were typical Europeans, as were the towels (both hard) but it's what we have experienced all around Europe. We did not get breakfast but instead got a voucher. The biggest downside is no Wifi, which is hard on vacation when you are trying to plan things or pick restaurants. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the cute "purple" room

You need to call to arrange to meet the owner. The pay phone down the street is the easiest if you don't have cell service. The room was great and very clean. The place for breakfast was a short walk and was very good. The best thing about this place is the location.

Hotel was very clean, modern bathroom, comfy bed, fridge and basic cooking facilities. Up a steep staircase so you need muscles of you have heavy bags. Room overlooks a side street next to restaurant. Not too noisy at night. Owner was very friendly. Breakfast coupons for cafe on the corner-yummy selection of food. Highly recommend this room, would not probably visit the area again though - very touristy!
