Academia com equipamentos danificados, restaurante anexo com péssimo atendimento, climatizador do quarto com problemas, acesso ao estacionamento difícil e sem nenhuma informação, elevadores em estado de conservação ruim.

A localização é o ponto forte. Próximo de tudo que possa necessitar sem precisar usar o carro. O quarto é bem limpo e isolado, não se ouve o barulho do trânsito que é intenso. A é equipe solícita, tem 2 elevadores não exagerando nas esperas.

Anunciam que tem academia mas não tem. Tem uma sala com meia dúzia de pesos, 1 colchonete e um único aparelho que além de ruim estava quebrado. Eles não deveriam anunciar que tem academia. O estacionamento é um pouco complicado. Tem um único funcionário para atender toda a demanda do prédio e nos impõe esperas que tomam tempo do hóspede.
