The size and location of the apartment was fantastic. Amenities were great and the pool was awesome way to relax post a full day of activities. Glink only a few mins walk, great to access other areas nearby and onsite parking.

Cleaning was lacking with mold in main shower. Hot water, oven and hot plate all turned off on arrival. Took a while to work out what was wrong as they were turned off at the Main Electrical switch.

Convenient location to Gold Coast convention centre, shopping, and restaurants. Pool and spa facilities were a great way to wind down after a long day. Car space available is needed. We stayed in the apartment which had two bedrooms down stairs and a masters/ensuite upstairs so this was pretty comfortable for four adults with multiple bags and suitcases. Instructions for after hours check in were detailed and clear.

Could do with some new couches. They have seen better days.

The 2 br apartment was large with 2 bathrooms. It was comfortable, clean and had a full size kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery, etc - well equipped. Loved finding jigsaws to wile away my time (other games available in the room). A short walk to the supermarket and restaurants, beach and tram line to travel into Surfers and beyond. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. The pool and BBQ areas were nice and the gardens well maintained.

Location was perfect. Pool was refreshing after a day out.Even though we didn't use the Bar-B-Que area it looked clean and ideal for families.Whole complex had a friendly environment.

I know rules in places like this are a necessity, however, all the rules displayed everywhere in the unit and out in the complex itself were excessive.
