"Excellant Service"

You won't find a better staff anywhere else in Bahrain. I have stayed at this particular hotel many times and I return because of the staff. They always greet you with a smile and genuinely glad you have chosen their establishment. You don't even need to leave the hotel for a drink or live entertainment. I do not recommend the downstairs resturant and I have not tried the Lebanese resturant on upper floor. I have gone out to nearby for meals and there are plenty of options. The rooms and linens are always clean and fresh smelling.

"Staff always greet you with a smile"

The lobby staff always greet you with a smile and really make you feel they are glad you chose their establishment. Fairly close to the airport in Manama. There are several bars in the facility. There is one on top floor so I recommend not staying on the top floor due to the noise. I do find the rooms well kept. I would recommend not to dine in the resturarant in the hotel. Food there is well below average and I wouldn't rank it high on cleanliness. There are much better alternative nearby.

"Close to the clubs"

Provided everything I needed. Service was quick and staff was nice. I had a good view of the city. I enjoyed the Hookah bar. Breakfast not not very good but there are many other places to that are close. Bed was nice with many pillows. I will be staying again.

"Ok, average at best."

Spent the weekend here witht e family but forgot that this has four nightclubs in the hotel. Two in the basement and two at roof level. This means that if you come back to the hotel after about 9pm the carpark is full, and all you can here in the room is the thump, thump of the base from the club at roof level. Room was fine, but the shower lost cold water pressure on our last morning, whilst covered in soap suds - nearly burn't my skin off. Breakfast is average - go to RIC's diner across the way instead.

"Excellent Hotel for comfortable stay"

I am impressed with the quality service of this hotel with the price. They upgraded my room automatically and offered great service with welcome drinks and comlimentery fruit basket in the room. Hotel has 4 clubs for entertainment, though it was very quite on the day I stayed by still you can have good entertainment. Highly recommended hotel for a short stay.
