this hotel is no where close to 3 stars, the room was disgusting. stain on toilet seat, shower head sprays all over the place, very poorly cleaned, spotted some bugs around as well. the stairs to get to the room are very dangerous in winter conditions, hotel didn't at least put down some salt it was like a skating rink, thankfully we didn't fall but it was close. the beds were horrible, felt like the spring was gonna come through the mattress. I will never stay here again and I'm really considering deleting your app.

The rooms are nice and clean It's close to the Falls

That when you pay by credit or debit card on your deposit it states $100 but if you pay cash it's $200 well I paid by card and still got charged the $200 So I think this place should be honoring what they have noted on booking.com and in there main office on a note everyone can see that states what I've said... I no I get the deposit back but it's not the point it's principal... Honor what your policy states instead of changing them because of what your customer looks like upon arrival
