Fun Holiday Beach Resort

Amenities such as pool was not usable. All inclusive was extra unlike what was said on website. I had to pay extra for my little kids as well

Poor condition the bathroom tap did not work so i had to used the tap over the bath. Over-all the place is in very poor condition needs painting and urgent renovation. In my opinion it should be removed from listing until renovations are done!

Check in took forever. Room is bare basics. Two little bars of soap. Nothing else. They charge extra if you want a mini fridge or room safe key. Beds very uncomfortable. There was a door connecting my room to room next door and could hear voices all night long that sounded like they were in room with me. The property needs major updates. The BEST thing about this hotel is it’s beach front location.Nice spot on 7 Mile beach to watch sunsets. (Though beach loungers falling apart). They have live entertainment in evenings which is great. Walking distance to Margaritaville, Woodstock and Roots Bamboo . Ok for a no frills place for the price

Staff was great

The condition of the hotel was very poor to be a tourist accomodation facility, unprofessional, disorganized, they have fraud all inclusive offer and the food was always the same and very poor.

Perfect location right on the beach front. Excellent service nice and friendly staff. The Entertainment is fantastic. The DJ (Country) know how to work the guest. Promote interaction.

Right spot

Location is great. Property is nice. Wifi didn’t work much of the time. Pool was green the whole stay. No beach towels as advertised. AC/water worked most/some of the time. Rooms could use some updating. People were pretty nice.

Check in service was ok, they only had 1 person working and he was doing everything. Forgot to give us our all inclusive band (maybe for the best) and did not tell us what we are entitled to. The room was big and spacious but it looked old, curtains we old, lamps did not work and we only got 2 flat sheets on the bed. The bed itself felt horrible, we could feel every spring that was in that mattress. The food, terrible couldn’t eat it at all. The one good thing about my stay at this hotel was the beach front, clean and nice.
