Really great Better than next door !

Went to dinner and ordered 2 nd table occupants Our main course did not arrive and remained so after 3 enquiries. Then after an hour staff told us the order was never placed Just An apology after the fact was was not good enough

Rooms are absolutely perfect. Comfortable and clean but with a gorgeous island aesthetic. The little outside shower area is great, so much so we didn't even use the inside shower. Love the balcony and daybed. Lovely shaded beach, and you can see so much sealife in the lagoon just by wandering or kayaking.

Everything was great but the staff at times were less friendly than we'd experienced in Rarotonga. I booked a beach hut massage but the masseuse didn't appear. Apart from that everyone and everything was wonderful.

Spacious room, beautiful location, loved the outdoor shower. Staff were very friendly. Meet and greet at airport was lovely and we appreciated ‘manager’s drinks’ one evening.

Inside shower pressure was poor and temperature fluctuated. It may have been that the gas cylinder needed replacing but we weren’t really worried as we loved the outdoor.

We had a spacious, individual chalet in the adults only set of 12 chalets. Air con, ceiling fan, coffee maker, fridge, some crockery and cutlery, insect screens and a huge bathroom. Spotlessly clean with indoor and outdoor showers and a lovely deck. Small infinity pool on the beachfront. Family set of chalets has its own pool. The restaurant is really good. Complimentary breakfast included hot menu items and espresso coffees. We biked and paddled - the resort has good bikes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards for free use by guests.

There was so much to like about staying at Tamanu Beach Resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable, light and airy. Nice bathroom with an additional outside shower. The breakfasts and dinner we had at the restaurant were good and reasonably priced. The beach in front of the resort is beautiful. The free bicycles, kayaks, and snorkel gear were good quality. The location on the island was ideal. We rode around to some other beaches and were glad we chose Tamanu Beach.

Wir hatten ein Fehler bei der Buchung gemacht, das Hotel Personal war unheimlich hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns umgebucht und für die 1. Nacht, in der wir ein falsches Zimmer gebucht hatten (adult only-wir hatten aber ein Kind dabei) ein neues Hotel gesucht und uns dort hingebracht. Einen besseren Service kann es gar nicht geben! Danke nochmals an die Reservations-Managerin, die so unglaublich freundlich zu uns war! Der Strand ist wunderschön, auch toll zum schnorcheln. Außerdem bietet das Hotel kostenfreie Kajaks und stand Up Paddle Boards an. Der Pool hat die perfekte Temperatur und es gibt keine closing time. Pick up und drop off von und zum Flughafen sind inklusive und man wird sehr freundlich mit einer schönen Blumenkette empfangen. Das Hotel sollte seine Sternenzahl von 3 auf 4 oder 5 erhöhen :)

Das Personal im Restaurant bei Frühstück und Abendessen, könnte etwas netter sein und vor allem mehr Motivation bei der Arbeit haben. Es kommt einem oft so vor, als würde man „stören“ wenn man eine Frage hat oder man wird komisch angeschaut

Great location

Coconut trees need to be thinned , topped so you can see the lagoon . Was here in 2019 and had a much better view in a complex who’s villas were all designed to have a good view from the manea wing

Beautiful spot .

There’s no real beach bar , you have to go back into the restaurant for drinks or there’s a bar out by reception but that’s not manned very often .
