Везде ремонт ,шумно утром,не работает кухня,зона отдыха, очень мало постояльцев , скучно, почему не было указано что идут ремонтные работы

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. He did his best despite the fact that the hotel was under reconstruction.

The hotel is undergoing a reconstructions and turn it to a hostel. My room was advertised as a double room - technically it was 2 bunk beds..so well it was double room.... There was not any soap or shampoo, completely hostel style while the price was not hostel price . It would have been nice to inform the guests about what to expect when they book a room at a HOTEL and not a hostel.
