Nice locations very convenient they have free shuttle goes to all other bella villas which are I'm downtown and close to walking streets so you won't have to spend money on cab

Nice hotel within distance from center of Pattaya. My room was cosy and comfort enough for take a peaceful holiday. I could see nice sunset from my balcony. Recommend for every body who seek a quiet area but within distance from center of Pattaya (about 10 minutes driving)

Delicious for lunched menu for Pat Thai Kung Sod and Yam Ta-lay. It's a recommended menu. Our trip had to use Hotel's shuttle bus it was very convenience and the staff has a good adviser. About the pool was good to swim because there are 2 for kids and many trees to protect sunshine. Normal for breakfast but many style such as Thai, American and Chinese. In the morning recommended to walk or joking in the park beside the beach because there were many kind of trees to make you fresh and relax. In the room there were microwave and save to service.

Nice big rooms good for families with two kids. The breakfast was acceptable if compared to room price.

The Bella Cabanas was a pleasant surprise. The swimming pool was quite nice, rooms were clean, large, and well equipped (refrigerator microwave etc.) that being said it does have it's drawbacks. Its a little far from central pattaya, which is good and bad. There's no "working girls" hanging out in front so good for families, but it's a 15 minute ride to shopping, markets, nightlife etc. the shuttle runs approx every 2 hrs. Staff doesn't speak English very well, so practice your pantomime. I would book this hotel again.

We have been to Thailand many times. This hotel is very remote; there is nothing worth walking to that is within walking distance. Disappointment started as soon as we pulled up. Surrounding area is dank and the hotel is older than it looks on the internet. Hotel caters to Russian tourists (99% of the guests) so, English skills of the staff was lacking. Kids Club was an unattended playroom with just a few toys. There is a seafood “restaurant” right next door that plays very loud music from 9:30 PM until 3:00 or 4:00 AM. This is not the hotels fault but, they say there’s they can do about it. Hotel staff did change our room to the other side of the hotel and it did help but, from what other guests told us many rooms hear the music at night. Rooms must have very thin walls as we could hear guest very clearly, especially coming home at 2:00 in the morning and their baby was crying (not blaming the crying baby, ours have done this) but, kids should be asleep by 2:00 AM, not coming home with mom and dad talking loudly and putting on the TV. Pool was nice but, beach water was either silt or oily so, I wouldn’t let the kids play in it. Beach water in town near the Holiday Inn seemed much cleaner and this surprised me. Shuttle bus to town was reliable but, took a half hour or so each way. We stayed at the Holiday Inn during two previous stays and if we return that would be our hotel of choice.
