המלון הפתיע אותנו לטובה למעט אירוע מצער שאשתי נתקעה בשירותים מעל 15 דק עד שחילצתי אותה . נכון עד שפיננו את החדר לא פנו אלינו מהקבלה בנושא חבל !!!

בהשוואה לפעם קודמת הפעם היינו מאוכזבים

הכל האוכל עם מבחר אבל לא עשוי כראוי, החדרים מאוד ישנים, המזרן גרוע, החדר לא מתוחזק.

Абсолютно Все понравилось! Весь Персонал: администраторы, работники по чистоте номера, работники на завтраках и ужинах…все старались чтобы нам было уютно, чисто, комфортно и вкусно! Все было Супер! Мы к Вам обязательно вернемся! Вы лучшие! И питание на Высшем уровне! Главное что всегда все свежее!

לא ברור לי למה ליפניכם באותו שבוע הייתי במלון דן המיים בברכה היו נעימים אצלכם המים היו כל כך קרים שנראה שאתם לא רוצים שאנשים יכנסו לברכה אז שמים מיכלית קרח בברכה בלילה אחרת אני לא יכול להסביר את זה

זאת פעם שניה שאנחנו מגיעים למלון בחודש האחרון פעם ראשונה היה ממש טוב עכשיו בפעם הזאת בשעות הבוקר המוקדמות היו דפיקות מהחדר מעלינו כאילו משפצים את החדר ממש בומים חזקים שלא ניתן לישון היתה שיערה של אישה במגבת שהביאו לנו ממש אכזבה לעומת הפעם הקודמת
