Quiet, room was big and the bed was soft and comfortable. Clean as well.

"Basic accommodations and poor communication"

Location

For three days we did not have housekeeping. Everyday we mentioned this and they said they were busy and would come tomorrow. So we had garbage in our room, and beds not made for 3 days. They kept asking if we had the do not disturb sign on which we did not. Our keys did not work on two different occasions so we had to go back to the front desk for new keys. We were charged for parking when another group we heard were told parking was free. Front desk is unprofessional. We asked to speak to the manager and still have not heard from him. Will not stay again or recommend this place.

They are 8 hotels and we had access to 7 of them! The swimming pools, jacuzzi, big room, comfortable bed.

Pool bar was closed despite being advertised and showing as open. Front office was often locked during the day.
