Hotel Brexton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

I was greeted by a really friendly and welcoming member of staff who checked me in early which was appreciated. Every member of staff I encountered was polite and friendly. The hotel felt secure and the room was quite spacious, with a mostly clean interior and comfy bed. The tea and coffee machine downstairs was very useful and the kitchen was also clean. The area was very quiet compared to inner harbor where I also stayed - although I wasn't certain if either areas were the safest area for a solo traveller in Baltimore (not the hotels problem) but for reassurance they have cctv, a night warden and you can only enter the hotel with your room key.

As I arrived into Baltimore early morning and got a taxi straight to the hotel, when I tried to get in the hotel to ask if I could store my bags before the check-in time I could not gain access via the doorbell nor did anybody pick up when I called the telephone number. I realise that it was 9am however it was not clear that the door was locked with no way of getting anybodys attention. It would have been useful to be able to leave my bags, which I was able to do for the day when I checked out. Some bottled water or tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been an advantage too.

Great staff, cool room with super comfy bed. We would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back. .

Pleasant stay in interesting old building which as you would expect is a bit noisy. Staff were very nice.

La comodidad de la habitación es excelente! Muy limpio todo, y súper funcional.

El desayuno que ofrecen es muy básico para la calidad del resto de los servicios, pero así y todo era rico. Solo pondría algo más de variedad junto al café.

Terrell was great! I also loved the location. Close to where I needed to be. Also the parking was pretty good as well!

My crew tried for almost 2 hrs to get into the hotel and no one ever answered the door so i had to book another hotel I also called atleast 12 times and left 2 voicemails and never got ahold of a person or got a call back.

Perfektní lokalita, parkování přímo před hotelem.

Ubytování jsme si vybrali kvůli snídani, která byla součástí. Bohužel snídaně byla hodně podprůměrná - viz. foto.

My room was dirty. The closet had all dirty clothes in the refrigerator have food in it. No one came and cleaned

location was great and surprisingly quiet for being so close to everything

Breakfast unfortunately did not work for my dietary restrictions (gluten free) so we had to go elsewhere. Location was great, and the room was comfortable, but I felt the facilities were a bit basic for the price.
