Courtyard by Marriott Kingston Highway 401

Good access to the highway, restaurants and shopping in a near distance.

Our room was across the elevator. It was loud later at night and early morning. We booked a king room. We were assigned a king room with disability access. It had many safety bars. None of our two access cards were working. We had to call reception. Neither their card was working. It was annoying.

Quiet, clean

Pool was just a kids size pool with no deep end.

Pool was closed for maintenance, but looked very nice—bigger than most

This is a hotel we have stayed at often. The quality has gone down. The sheets on the bed were thin and tired. The front desk was ok but not the usual standard of a Sheraton property.

The reception could have been a bit more outgoing. The room just looked tired and the bedding was very tired!!! We have stayed in this hotel a number of times and we always felt like "we were having a real treat" This time it was just "so so"
