Quite and great location.

The lights and embien of the room was too dark.

I want hotel to add more food for breakfast

The room was VERY spacious and the staff friendly! The rooms are also clean and if asked, the staff will provide you with a mini fridge. The bed was quite big and very comfy too! A breakfast buffet was also included and had a wide variety to offer. The hotel itself also has a room to wash and dry your clothes and a small gym (although it doesn’t have air conditioning…).

The location seems a bit further away from the center but this is more due to Shantou‘s weird infrastructure. I had to switch room twice because once the air conditioning was broken and once I hurt my left foot due to the parquet floor being uneven and revealing sharp edges. The hotel also deducted our expenses twice by mistake and when they transferred us the money back we lost almost RMB 80 due to the conversion and transaction fee, which the hotel refused to take responsibility for although it was absolutely their fault for causing this unnecessary costs.

Great hotel. Very clean and neat. Very warm and professional staff members. Highly recommend.
