First irs says smoke free and then smells smoke in our rooms .they need to hire how to do cleaning i am not satisfied at all.After a week I notice why I have alots of bites whole my body so I've been checking all around the room I buy alots of spray to smells good our room were we stayed and toilet stuff also coz I'm not satisfied. So here I am I check the mattress in our room I find alots of bedbugs that's is why I have alots of bite from bedbugs after that we decided to move out I can't stand it.we travel all around in USA this is our first time we counter this kind of situation. I have plenty picture to prove it only by the I bring my husband to urgent care he had alots of rashes all his body from bedbugs

Bed was uncomfortable No lights just a beat up lamp Tv was broken

It was a work trip and everything went well. My work finished early and they were able to give be a refund . Great staff.

Place was dirty and had roaches crawling on the walls

Staff was slow to help, rooms were dirty, and ice machine had cisible black mold and calcuim deposits streaming doqn the side. The rooms had bad oders and damage all over. Rooms also had few outlets to the point we had to choose between the coffee pot and microwave, and in another area a light had to be unplugged to make room to charge a phone. The tv remote was broken and I had to use the buttons on the back of the tv to use it. Very poor stay overall. I rented two rooms and both were poor conditions and stays. One person wouldnt even stay the weekend in the rooms choosing instead to drive the distance of almost 100 miles each day pf the weekend of our business.

Room said it would have 2 king size beds- they were queen size. We only had 2 towels for 4 people and they had stains on them.

Dirty. Walls, baseboards and floors throughout were filthy. Webs and bugs on all windows. Sheets and blankets were dirty and had burn holes in them. Smoke detector in room was ripped out. Toilet was dirty.

Everything.

My electronic room card only worked to enter our room it did not work for entry into the building. Our room had an awful odor, likely old stale cigarette odor. TV and room phone did not work however staff did correct the tv problem. continental breakfast had no coffee and very limited food options.
