El alojamiento cumplía expectativas excepto porque no tenía aire acondicionado

The only positives were that they give beach towels to take to the beach and it’s about 6 minutes walk to the beach Playa del Engles.

Would not recommend staying here! 1- No air conditioning in the room. The room was so hot it felt like a sauna. They give you a small fan that doesn’t even work properly and just circulates the hot air. We weren’t able to have a good nights sleep the whole holiday. You come out the shower and instantly start sweating. 2- You will not get fresh towels everyday. They only change your bath towels twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays. 3- They only change your bed linen one a week. I arrived on a Monday and they said they will not change the bed until Saturday (we left of Sunday) what was the point changing the the bed the day before we leave. Makes no sense. They should at least change the sheets in the middle of our stay. 4- No cleaning service on Wednesdays and Sundays. Room was not very clean to begin with. The sofa in the apartment was so dirty and dusty. 5- The fridge does not work properly. You need to put something in there a whole 24hrs before if you want it cold. 6- The breakfast was awful. Not much choice at all. 7- You need to pay to use the safe in the room. €2 a days.

The Apartments are im a nice location great views. The rooftop has great views. Only thing is were there 5 nights and roof terrace bin not emptied all week or sunbeds rinsed daily or floor swept. Ive been many times to playa del ingles and defo my favourite very modern our Apartment sofa was not comfy needs replacing and the walls needed a paint refresh but on the whole brilliant stay.

I like it's quite,it's clean it's with good amenities,it's with great location near the beach and shopping centres and restaurants and bars,it have spa and gym,the staff are very friendly and welcoming.only thing I didn't had so good experience is that don't have air conditioning(but apparently on the whole island that's an issue). Overall great place and experience,will visit again.

I was surprised that there was no air conditioning in the room. But very spacious very clean and very lovely balcony
