Wii kenden de lokatie goed; waren er al meermaals geweest. De lokatie is buitengewoon. Wat een beejte tegen viel wast de bediening de we als minder persoonlijk ervaarden. Er waren duidelijk meer jonge vrouwen die het vak nog aan het leren waren en daardoor deed de bediening wat houterig en formeel aan. Ook vonden we het eten aan de duren kant voor wat je voorgeschoteld kreeg. Vaak was het eten aan de 'zuinige kant' (vooral bij het ontbijt). Wat een plus punt was, was de graties shuttle dienst naar de omgeving waar we veelvuldig gebruik van maakten....

De bediening was een beetje 'houterig' en gemaakt in vergelijking met het verleden. Waarschijnlijk ook doordat de jonge dames het duidelijk nog moesten leren. De prijzen van voedsel en drankjes vonden we hoog.

Staff was amazing ! They were ALL so nice and helpful. The pool with the slide for our son (and us too) was really cool and the location right on the beach ! Also the food was delicious. Most places in Bali are not taken cared for but Puri Dajuma isn’t the case and it shows.

When we ordered food at the pool or in our room it was never collected after… (but that’s small although it’s a small detail that would make a difference)

From the moment we arrived the hotel staff could not do enough for us. They were so kind and generous with their time, knowledge and hospitality. The pools, seaviews and rooms were all of a very high standard and immaculately clean. We were able to have a wonderful relaxed holiday in this all round, excellent hotel. Thank you so much.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal großartig, das Essen und die Cocktails fantastisch. Gute Auswahl für Veganer, besonders zu empfehlen ist das vegane Menü in der Sinta Lounge. Das Personal ist einfach wahnsinnig zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit

In unserer Unterkunft war das Klimagerät direkt auf das Bett ausgerichtet. Für unseren Geschmack mit Klimaanlage zu kühl und ohne zu warm
