Super Hotel und hervorragender Service

The gardens and pools were stunning. We especially liked the pool with the waterslide and spa at the top of the waterfall. From the pool and the pool deck you can look out over the beach and the surf. Food was great. Plenty of different options. The yoga class was on daily and was on a top deck overlooking the water with a beautiful breeze. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The gardener scooted up a palm tree to get us a coconut to drink and showed us how to cut them open properly which the kids loved. The resort shuttle was handy to go into town or to the surf break anytime. Great place to celebrate a big birthday with family.

Lots of rubbish on the beach was washed up after the rain. We picked up what we could but it would be good if the staff could do a pick up each morning since it's the only negative of this special place.

Die Lage der gebuchten Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern direkt am Strand war wunderschön. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist sehr gepflegt, das Personal stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Essen war geschmacklich sehr gut und von guter Qualität.

Bereits in der ersten Nacht in der gebuchten Villa mit zwei Schlafzimmern wurden wir durch zahlreiche Stiche am Körper aufmerksam, später stellte sich in der zweiten Nacht heraus, dass sich Bettwanzen im Bett befanden. Das Hotel nahm unsere Meldung zwar freundlich zur Kenntnis, bot jedoch weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Alternative an. Wir waren nur 2 Nächte in dem Hotel. Das Bett selbst war zudem sehr weich, und jede Bewegung des anderen ließ das ganze Bett wackeln, was den Schlaf zusätzlich beeinträchtigte. Darüber hinaus war die Holz-Villa am Strand insgesamt in einem deutlich veralteten Zustand. Die Einrichtung wirkte sehr abgewohnt, einige Möbel wie die Couch und Sitzhocker waren stark verschmutzt , und es herrschte in den Schlafzimmern ein modriger, stickiger Geruch. Die Klimaanlagen funktionierten nur sehr unzureichend. Für den verlangten Preis wäre eine umfassende Renovierung dringend notwendig.

This place is truly a little corner of paradise! The location is absolutely stunning — right by the ocean, with plenty of open space and a wonderfully calm atmosphere. The entire resort is beautifully designed, with lots of room to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The bungalows are cozy and charming, perfectly blending comfort and simplicity. Everything was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly organized. It’s one of those rare places where you immediately feel at ease and don’t want to leave. Simply wonderful!
