Loved everything about the hotel and could not have a better location. I have mobility issues and was perfect. I requested a room with a shower and got one! Room 307 had a seaview and pool view with a lovely terrace. Staff were fantastic, couldn't do enough for you! Was that good, we are already planning our next visit! One piece of advice, don't prebook breakfast as was 12E a day and to book when you arrive is 8E. Oh and rooftop bar os a must. Dont just think about it, BOOK IT!!!

"Beach bar service."

A waiter at the Beach Bar was obnoxious. He took my order of cakes and coffee. He took ages to bring the cakes. The other 3 waiters were wondering where he was. He made the coffee and left our delayed food on the counter. I gave him €20. He said "15, no change" My husband came and took a tray to carry everything.

Location was perfect. Rooms were comfy yet a little small but good for the 5 day stay. Beds very good. Pool area was so nice. Cabana bed hire was great value. Maybe need another few more regular beds around the pool as they were reserved very early in the morning

The only issue I would raise would be the pool bar staff. Not as welcoming and friendly as the other staff. 2 of my party were shortchanged within 10 minutes of each other but no apology from the manager , in fact he was one of the staff that shortchanged one of the ladies. Felt a bit intimidated. Another lady was told she couldn't order food from the bar as they were too busy to take her order and they needed to go on break yet you weren't permitted to bring your own food into the pool.area. However that was only 2 or 3 members of a great staff crew so we didnt let it spoil our stay
