La ubicación

El personal de recepción a la llegada contestaban grosero, en particular los que estaban en la entrada, no se si era por que iba saliendo un grupo grande de guespedes , ya por la tarde/noche fue más agradable el personal

Hacia demasiado calor en el restaurante y el área de lobby.... Pero LO PEOR FUE EL AGUA DEL BAÑO, ERA AMARILLENTA Y OLOR FÉTIDO, tanto en el Wc como regadera y lavabo, tuvimos que usar varias botellas de agua para lavado de cara y dientes. :(

Tuvimos problemas con el agua, no avisaron personalmente que no habría agua a cierta hora, dijeron que pusieron anuncios, pero estamos de acuerdo que no todo mundo lee letreros, al momento del check in nos hubieran informado, y hoy ya para salir, matamos 2 cucarachas en la habitación.

Un lugar muy céntrico y muy bonito, relación precio/calidad. Tiene elevador, así que no batallas con tus maletas. La atención también fue muy buena por parte de su personal.

Pondría a más personas para atender su área de restaurante y en las habitaciones cambiaría las almohadas, se me hicieron un poco duras. De ahí en fuera todo fue ameno.
