El personal de recepción. Natalie, Daniel, son unos jóvenes super amables y te van apoyar en tu viaje. Y el hotel super limpio, habitación super cómoda la ubicación Fantástica. Definitivamente volveré primero Dios.......

Que no tienen aire el personal de recepción. Veo que sufren mucho con el calor. Un mini split no estaría mal. En lo personal todo excelente........

Me gusta mucho la ubicación no es la primera vez que me hospedo en este hotel.

Las habitaciones ya están un poco maltratada, silla con patas chuecas, las camas en las bases un poco maltratadas

Es un hotel increíble relación precio, calidad. Nunca me había pasado. Reserve solo por una noche, en cuanto entre a mi cuarto reservé toda mi estadía aquí en Guadalajara.

"it was an amazing stay!!!"

I love this hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. Location was excellent. I will diffidently recommend and stay there again.

I only wish the pillows were softer, they were very hard and high. I did have to request an Iron, and they ask to leave an ID as a deposit. All hotels I go to they do have an Iron, but this one didn't.
