The front desk staff was very cheerful during our checkin.

Our keys did not work for our rooms, we went down to ask about this (we had 2 rooms for our family) and they rekeyed them and they still didn't work. They had the maintenance guy help and this took close to an hour, it would have been better if we just were assigned new rooms perhaps? They told us to wait in the hall outside our room and after 30 min had passed I went to the front desk to find out what the problem was. The Internet / Wifi only works in the reception area NOT in your room at all. The floors were very dirty in the room, crumbs and dirt all over the floor. The showers do not have doors or shower curtains and water leaked all over the floor and the showerhead is so old that the pressure was forced out in a straight stream not a nice showerhead at all. There was alot of build up on the showerhead causing this issue. The breakfast was terrible. The boiled eggs were frozen. The cappicino was horrible. My crossaint was old and stale.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Fahrräder durften im Konferenzraum parken.

Das Hotel hatte Anfang Mai erst kurz vor unserer Ankunft geöffnet und nur eine kleine Speisekarte. Andere Restaurants im Ressort waren (noch) geschlossen.

Even if we went the first day of the season you could see how the hotel was super nice. The people working there are all nice and well behaved, the pool view was amazing. Planning to go back for real holidays instead of a single day

Actually I have not seen anything bad for a single night
