The facilities were all new and the spa centre is great. The Ski bus is very good to have. Concerning food, it is very delicious, maybe I’d have liked to have more typical food (this is of course very subjective).

The staff is very kind and patient. At the same time, they were not always present.

"Molto bene, posto magico."

Ottima colazione, molte torte, anche salato. Posizione molto bella, avevamo un bel balcone con vista super romantica sulla Villa e la Val Badia. Staff iper attento e molto carino, proprietario in prima fila. La camera ha legno di cirmolo con grande profumo positivo e era molto ampia. Questa parte della Val Badia è per me una delle più belle delle Dolomiti e delle intere Alpi. Il pulmino skibus dell'hotel è efficacissimo - molto cortesi.

I succhi di frutta sono a gettone, mi piacerebbe invece trovare una spremuta fresca. Il centro benessere è davvero molto buono, ma la vasca esterna idromassaggio è troppo piccola. Letto leggermente cigolante, ma ci sta.
