Louise provided excellent service. Set-up of room was great. Secure parking was a bit difficult because of oversized vehicles being parked in the exit driveway

The gentleman at the front desk made our stay more enjoyable just by being the most patient, helpful & understanding person I've ever dealt with. A slight issue arise upon arrival.... Funds left behind at home :/ The lovely gentleman made an extremely uncomfortable & embarrassing situation smooth sailing. While we fumbled to call family for cash, tried transfering via mobile banking, consider cardless cash while it was a stinking hot day meaning we'd have to go out again, he casually said, how about I make an offer of $xxx for bond and we call it even. Noone loses. The offer meant we had the key to our room on Xmas day, the kind front desk gentleman closed reception on time and we all got to enjoy xmas with our families. I cannot thank him enough. We will return thanks to the most outstanding service received. Thankyou :)

The room was clean and spacious. Bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was good. The parking was secure with key pin access. Staff very friendly. Across the road to the event we were going too. Would definitely stay there again

Nice basic accomodation. Car park is safe and locked at night (code to enter/exit). Can accept late arrivals (thank you!) great place to stay overnight.
