The location was perfect for our stay. Easy walking distance to Qpac as well as the Galleries. The restaurant has a good selection and was very much appreciated before the show as we didn't need to source another in the rain. Buffet breakfast as well as parking included in the price was an added bonus. We'll be back.

Location is good, but for the price there are much better options around.

Disgusting, filthy property. Staff on front desk was rude and dismissive, room was poorly cleaned, accumulated dust behind furniture, stains on carpet, marks on walls, mould in bathroom.

Front desk was friendly

Noisey room, shower didn’t work properly. kept losing hot water. windows didn’t close properly which made it worse. Room service only changed the bin and didn’t give us fresh towels or make the beds. Wouldn’t stay here again

Great location within easy access to the city & Southbank and walking distance to transportation to explore further.

The lounge seating wasn't comfortable as the seat cushions kept slipping forward. Also, we reported that there was no plug for the handbasin, bath and kitchen sink. One was then supplied, however it was too small for the kitchen sink which made it difficult to wash the dishes.
